Recommended Equipment
The program can be purchased without equipment. However, certain phases are designed to work best with specific training tools.
You may select an equipment option when purchasing if you do not already own the recommended tools.
Phase 1 Equipment
A yoga mat and resistance band are very much preferred in in this phase.
Phase 2 Equipment
Slant boards are pretty much required, they make is so much more easy to get into this phase and have the correct form
Phase 3 Equipment
Chucks/squat wedges are recommended for exercises involving balance, stability, foot placement, and pressure control.
The Equipment Bundle includes the mat, band, boards, and chucks for $60 ($10 discount). Or you can purchase the equipment individually.
