Choose the GOATA Phase That Fits Your Current Needs

The Single Phase option gives you lifetime access to one phase of the GOATA Recode system. Select Phase 1, 2, or 3 when purchasing based on your current movement goals and the equipment you have available.

Each phase includes structured lessons, guided drills, movement instruction, and progressions that you can complete on your own schedule.

Phase 1: GOATA Groundwork — Return to Form

Phase 1 helps establish the foundation for the rest of your Recode journey.

You will use guided groundwork drills that may look easy and unimportant buyt  drills to reduce unwanted pressure, create more space throughout the body, improve alignment, and begin returning to stronger natural movement positions.

This phase is designed to prepare your body for the deeper footwork, pressure, and movement-pattern training introduced in the later phases.

Recommended equipment:
A yoga mat and resistance band are strongly recommended for comfort, positioning, and support throughout this phase.


Phase 2: GOATA Boards — Shape and Suppleness

Phase 2 teaches you how to train the GOATA blueprint using slant boards.

Through step-by-step lessons and guided drills, you will work on foot shape, pressure patterns, mobility, rhythm, and locomotive movement.

This phase helps you develop better movement options and learn how to organize your feet and body more efficiently.

Recommended equipment:
Slant boards are strongly recommended and are used throughout this phase. They make it significantly easier to perform the positions and drills with proper form.


Phase 3: GOATA Chucks — Control and Stability

Phase 3 focuses on developing control, balance, stability, and precision within the GOATA blueprint.

Using GOATA Chucks or squat wedges, you will train targeted foot placement, pressure management, ankle integrity, balance, and the ability to maintain stronger positions during movement.

These drills are designed to reinforce the improvements developed in the previous phases and help you stay more controlled under load, speed, and changes of direction.

Recommended equipment:
GOATA Chucks or squat wedges are recommended for the balance, stability, foot-placement, and pressure-control exercises included in this phase.

This option is best for someone who wants to focus on one specific part of the GOATA system without purchasing the complete three-phase Recode Bundle.

Equipment Options

The phase can be purchased without equipment, but each phase works best with its recommended training tools.

You may select an equipment option when purchasing or purchase the equipment separately.
